OSINT Python Developer

Focus
Modules developer
Experience
2–5 years
Department
R&D

Description

We are hiring two Python developers to build new intelligence modules for our platform. Each module is a self-contained unit that, given a selector (email, phone number, username, crypto wallet, etc.), queries a specific data source and returns structured intelligence. You will work at the heart of our product, directly expanding the breadth and depth of our investigative capabilities.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Python 3 (asyncio, aiohttp/httpx, lxml, Pydantic).
  • Basic Frida knowledge to intercept mobile or desktop apps HTTP requests
  • Experience interacting with REST APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and web scraping at scale.
  • Experience with Burp, Caido, or any other HTTP proxy
  • Familiarity with OSINT methodologies and tools (Maltego, Sherlock, Maigret, or similar).
  • Understanding of authentication mechanisms: OAuth, JWT, session cookies, API keys.
  • Comfort reading and analyzing JavaScript or mobile API traffic to replicate requests in Python.
  • Good knowledge of data normalization, deduplication, and structured output formats

Responsibilities

  • Develop new OSINT modules in Python that query third-party services, social networks, public databases, and APIs to resolve selectors into actionable intelligence.
  • Intercept and analyze network requests made on web, Android or iOS
  • Reverse-engineer web and API endpoints to understand authentication, rate-limiting, and response structures.
  • Maintain and improve existing modules as upstream services change their APIs or protections.
  • Write documentation for every module to ensure long-term maintainability.

Nice to have

  • Contributions to open-source OSINT tools or published OSINT research.
  • Experience with cryptocurrency tracing (blockchain analysis, exchange APIs).
  • Familiarity with anti-abuse and rate-limit evasion strategies.
  • Knowledge of a second language (JavaScript, Go) for polyglot debugging.
