Description
We are looking for a Web-Oriented Reverse Engineer to join our R&D team. In this role you will research, analyze, and bypass anti-bot and anti-scraping solutions, to ensure our platform’s modules can reliably retrieve open-source intelligence from web-based sources in real time.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of HTTP/S protocols, TLS internals, browser fingerprinting (Canvas, WebGL, AudioContext, etc.).
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Python
- Hands-on experience defeating at least two major anti-bot platforms.
- Familiarity with browser automation tools (Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium) and headless environments.
- Experience with network analysis tools (Wireshark, mitmproxy, Burp Suite).
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Reverse-engineer JavaScript-based anti-bot challenges, browser fingerprinting, and TLS fingerprint detection mechanisms.
- Develop and maintain custom bypass tooling and frameworks
- Monitor changes in anti-bot vendor SDKs and update bypass strategies proactively.
- Conduct research on emerging web protection technologies and document findings for the engineering team.
Nice to have
- Experience with CAPTCHA-solving services and ML-based CAPTCHA recognition.
- Contributions to open-source scraping or anti-detection projects.
- Knowledge of WebAssembly reverse engineering.
- Experience with the V8 JavaScript engine.
