Senior Reverse Engineer

OSINT Industries is seeking a Senior Reverse Engineer specialized in mobile platforms (Android & iOS) to expand our intelligence capabilities. You will dissect mobile applications, APIs, and proprietary protocols to unlock new data sources and build reliable, scalable extraction modules for our platform.

• 5+ years of hands-on mobile reverse engineering experience across both Android and iOS.
• Expert-level knowledge of dynamic analysis tools: Frida, Objection, Xposed, Cydia Substrate.
• Proficiency with static analysis tools: Ghidra, IDA Pro, Jadx, Hopper.
• Strong understanding of ARM/ARM64 assembly, Smali, and Objective-C/Swift runtime internals.
• Experience with mitmproxy, Charles Proxy, tcpdump, or similar tools for mobile traffic inspection.
• Comfortable with Python and at least one compiled language (C, C++, Rust, or Go).

• Reverse-engineer Android and iOS applications: decompile, deobfuscate, and analyze APKs/IPAs to understand authentication flows, API schemas, and data models.
• Bypass mobile-specific protections: certificate pinning, root/jailbreak detection, integrity checks, and code obfuscation (ProGuard, R8, Swift obfuscators).
• Develop and maintain automated toolchains for mobile traffic interception, dynamic instrumentation (Frida, Xposed), and binary patching.
• Identify undocumented private APIs and reverse proprietary protocols used by mobile services.
• Produce detailed technical write-ups of reverse-engineering findings and mentor junior engineers.
• Stay current with mobile OS security updates and new protection mechanisms from Apple and Google.

• Published security research, CVEs, or conference talks related to mobile security.
• Experience with game or fintech app reverse engineering.
• Familiarity with emulator-based analysis environments (Corellium, Android emulators with custom ROMs).
